This website is intended to promote information on mental health and to provide contacts of counselling therapists in Gibraltar and in Spain. Infocentral uses a combination of static and dynamic pages that are connected to a back end database. It does feature an administration section where depending on the users credentials, will either take the user to a normal menu or an administrators menu who can make ammendments to a therapists record.
Designed as part of a University based project competing for the Yahoo! hack challenge competition. This website is based on offering registered students streaming lectures from youtube and downloadable video files for portable viewing. Non registered users can only stream the lecture video file. The tutor or administration has the functionality to maintain the videos that are stored in the database. The sitemap is self maintained which offers an overview of the website. News relevant to the website is also maintained using Yahoo! pipes API.
